Mission
The ICAN 2024 conference, hosted by ICAO, serves as a pivotal annual platform for bilateral and multilateral air service negotiations among Member States. The goal was to craft a seamless and impactful opening and closing ceremony that would symbolise international cooperation in the aviation industry—while delivering an interactive launch gimmick that emphasised connectivity and unity.
Approach
Heretix360 created an engaging and interactive experience for global aviation leaders, both on-site and online. Key initiatives include the following:
- Opening ceremony was officiated by the Ministry of Transport (MOT), featuring an immersive launch gimmick—where delegates slid an airplane together, a powerful symbol of global unity and cooperation in air service advancements.
- Global reach: Both opening and closing ceremonies were streamed on ICAO TV, expanding visibility and engagement beyond physical attendees.
Impact
A message of unity and international aviation collaboration, amplified globally through seamless live streaming.
