Mission

With the launch of Phase 3, Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang wanted to produce brand videos that would effectively highlight the mall’s features, facilities, and services. Additionally, the task included creating store-experience videos for each new tenant.

Approach

To effectively showcase the Phase 3 expansion of Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang, Heretix360 developed a two-pronged video strategy. First, a polished brand video captured the mall’s premium positioning. Second, individual tenant videos, each with a tailored lifestyle aesthetic, highlighted store experiences.

Building on this, we also created a Chinese New Year promotional video. We crafted a warm and celebratory concept, centering on prosperity, reunion, and joyful shopping, featuring a family in traditional attire and cinematic shots of the festive environment. This visually engaging video aimed to attract shoppers to the mall during the festive season.

Impact

Potential shoppers were engaged through these store-experience videos, while strengthening Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang’s position as a must-visit shopping destination.
