Indulge at Malaysia Airports is the social media handle of the commercial division of Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad. Malaysia Airports needed a comprehensive digital and social media PR strategy that aligned with its commercial communication plan. 

The goal was to amplify key campaigns, enhance awareness among passengers, and ultimately drive footfall and revenue at airport retail outlets.

Approach

Heretix360 implemented a luxury-focused brand identity, utilising gold as the primary colour, and created minimalistic yet elegant visuals.

  • Content and engagement strategy – Developed a monthly content plan tailored to Malaysia Airports’ marketing calendar, ensuring relevance, consistency, and alignment with key retail activations.
  • On-ground support and real-time PR content – Amplified retail activities by providing on-ground support, including event coverage for mini launches, stakeholder engagement and real-time social and PR content production.

Impact

The campaign saw a 45% increase in social media followers within 8 months, and a Highly Commended award at The Moodies for Best Use of Social/Digital Media.
