Indulge at Malaysia Airports

Indulge at Malaysia Airports is the social media handle of the commercial division of Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad which serves as a platform to increase sales and revenue in the airport by informing passengers on the latest offerings and campaigns. We were appointed as the Social Media agency to create a new social media content strategy for them. We proposed gold to be the primary colour of the brand as it reflects the brand nature—sleek, luxurious and modern. Hence, our visuals are skewed towards a minimalistic and sleek approach. By using  contests to increase our fanbase, we have increased our fanbase from 131,223 likes to 190,670 likes on Facebook, and from 1799 followers to 2743 followers on Instagram in 8 months. As a result, the Indulge at Malaysia Airports social media account was given the Highly Commended Best Use of Social/Digital Media award by the Moodie Davitt Report.
